Merry Christmas!

The story of Christmas embodies the beautiful and timeless celebration of a trusting and loyal man, a willing woman, and the birth of their child, the Savior, Jesus Christ. He, the Son of God, came to Earth as a man, suffered as man and ultimately sacrificed himself on the cross to save us from our sins.

As our family begins to wind down from the hustle and bustle leading up to this joyous holiday, we want to take a moment to express how grateful we are to be sharing this journey of life with you.

As we gather to celebrate this significant occasion, we hold you and your family close in our thoughts and prayers. Thank you for your unwavering support, encouragement, friendship, and love throughout the year. This journey is truly fulfilling because we share it with people like you.

We are excited to see where we all will be a year from now. The coming year holds amazing experiences and unexpected opportunities for each of us. We’ll likely make new friends, embark on new adventures, and encounter new professional paths. Life will surely bring us plenty of laughter, some giggles, and probably a few tears along the way. But for now, we wish you and your family a joyful and meaningful holiday season. The comfort of knowing we can lean on each other is a source of joy for our family.

May the boundless blessings of Almighty God, the Holy Trinity, and the love of family and friends be with you this Christmas—and always. Amen.

Sending peace, blessings, and Merry Christmas wishes to you and yours from us and ours,

Mike and Kristi Brown, the Brown family, and your Kansas Republican Party

Silent night Holy night

All is calm, all is bright

Round yon virgin mother and child

Holy infant so tender and mild

Sleep in heavenly peace

Sleep in heavenly peace

Silent night Holy night

Shepherds quake at the sight

Glories stream from heaven afar

Heavenly hosts sing Hallelujah

Christ the Savior is born

Christ the Savior is born

Silent night Holy night

Son of God, love's pure light

Radiant beams from thy holy face

With the dawn of redeeming grace

Jesus, Lord at thy birth,

Jesus, Lord at thy birth

~ Stille Nacht (Silent Night),

First performed over 200 years ago at Christmas Eve Mass in 1818 in Austria by a Catholic Priest.
