I wanted to reach out personally and wish you happy holidays from myself and all of us here at Team Ruiz.

Around this time, I find it important to take stock of all the progress we’ve made throughout the past year and the hard work we’ve done.

Though the Presidential election didn’t turn out how we’d hoped, the victory you all delivered for us here in CA-25 will help Democrats build a blue firewall in the face of a Republican trifecta — and for that, I couldn’t be more grateful.

I hope you take this time to rest, reflect, and enjoy holiday traditions with loved ones like I am. I appreciate your hard work and support throughout 2024, and I’m ready to get back to work for our communities in 2025.

The son of hardworking farmworkers, Dr. Ruiz grew up in Coachella, CA and learned at an early age that the key to attaining the American Dream is hard work and a great education. In the summer of 1990, Raul walked in the desert heat from business to business in the Coachella Valley asking them to invest in their community by contributing to his education. With each investment for college, he made a promise to come back home and serve his community as a physician. In 2012, he decided to take his service to the community to the next level by running for Congress. Dr. Ruiz needs our help to continue fighting for us in Congress and to flip the House blue this November.
