Yesterday, Vote Mama endorsed Senator Kirsten Gillibrand called on President Biden to adopt the Equal Rights Amendment as a way to protect abortion rights in post-Roe America.

He could do it with one phone call.

The move would invite a legal challenge that is all but certain to end up at the Supreme Court. This move would dare Republicans to wage a huge legal battle to take away equal rights for women.

It’s a bold move— and according to Senator Gillibrand, it has to happen. It’s our fighting chance at shifting power away from the people who seek to dismantle reproductive rights.

We don’t back down from these fights. We have to press on the gas right now to put Republicans on their heels in these final moments before the new Administration takes over.
