Subject: You know what to do [All gifts matched]
Fighting for gender justice in the courts, in public policy, and in our society.
Justice for her. Justice for all.

Dear John,
The clock is ticking. In just over a month, a new presidential administration will be sworn in—one that will continue to attack our reproductive rights, endanger LGBTQIA+ students, and make it harder for families already struggling to get by.
The National Women’s Law Center has been planning for this moment. For over 50 years, we’ve been facing attempts to roll back our rights and limit our choices. We know how to fight, and we know how to win.
But we can’t do it without you. We’ve set a goal to raise $150,000 by December 31—and right now, every dollar is matched. Make a tax-deductible year-end gift to the National Women’s Law Center for $$15 right now. Until December 31, every gift up to $150,000, will be matched. [[link removed]]
When you join NWLC, you are joining a team of lawyers, researchers, and advocates who are absolutely committed to advancing gender justice to build an equitable future for ALL.
Already this year we’ve successfully defended pregnant people and LGBTQIA+ families in the courts, fought to expand workers’ rights, and pushed for policies that would support caregivers. We’ve published groundbreaking research to help keep greedy financial firms from making child care even more expensive and celebrated the confirmation of diverse judges who will champion our civil rights.
That work won’t stop in 2025—but it will get harder.
Help us be ready for all the fights to come. Make a tax-deductible year-end gift to NWLC right now, when every dollar goes two times as far. [[link removed]]
When I start to get overwhelmed by the scale of the challenges in front of us, I think about how far we’ve come since NWLC was founded in 1972—we’ve seen historic investments in child care, we’ve strengthened protections against sex harassment, and we helped pass the Affordable Care Act into law to ensure being a woman is no longer a preexisting condition. That progress didn’t happen overnight—it took years of persistence and perseverance, of working together to keep fighting for what was right, even in the face of losses and setbacks.
That’s where I put my hope—not in gauzy platitudes but in the day in, day out hard work we will continue to do in the courts, in our communities, and in the halls of Congress to build a future we can be proud of, no matter what obstacles we must confront and overcome along the way.
Let’s face the future together, John. Join us with your year-end gift right now. [[link removed]]
