• We trained 300 real estate agents on fair housing laws and best practices, and 100 civil rights testers across the country. 
• We rallied stiff opposition to the harmful Capital One - Discover merger. Our comment letter was signed by 137 organizations, and bolstered Congressional Rep. Maxine Waters to testify in opposition to the merger at the public hearing.
• We secured commitments from HSBC and Key Bank to invest $42 million to advance economic opportunities in low- and moderate-income communities.

Since 2016, we have facilitated the creation of ground-breaking Community Benefits Agreements with 21 bank groups worth a combined $580 billion for mortgage, small business, and community development lending, investments and philanthropy in under-resourced communities.
