Hi John,

We have movement for election integrity!

A crucial judge's ruling- from a 2023 lawsuit by the legislature against Dem Secretary of State Adrian Fontes- invalidated multiple policies of Fontes.

It's a YUGE win for election integrity. Let's get into it.
One aspect it affects is if a county can certify ballot counts. Fontes told them to do it regardless of questions; the court upheld the laws regarding challenges.

The court backed the state's laws- the ones we passed!

It's a pity the court couldn't move faster on this- they moved SO slow that the laws couldn't be applied to the 2024 election!
That's not all the court did. It also mandated that Fontes and his office MUST order counties to clean up voter rolls!

That is a HUGE benefit for future elections- and we have a big one coming!
But there is good news: the new push we are making to have AZ's ballots counted ON election day, is a popular one!

Hobbs doesn't want to do it. But remember how I keep telling you, that I need your support to help me get the word our to Arizonans about the important work we are doing?

THIS is what I mean.

Thanks to YOUR support, I am able to tell Arizonans about the work we are doing to shorten ballot count times, and over HALF of Arizonans agree with me!

Hobbs is wrong on this- we are right and we are using YOUR support to change hearts and minds!
We have passed good laws. The courts are actually applying them- albeit slowly.

The remaining work we must do on election integrity is crucial. But YOUR support is helping make this happen- because it's allowing us to tell people, go over the media's heads, and make our case to the people!

My goal of $40,000 by December 31 is important to our being able to finish the job- to help build support for these bills.

Your support is critical, I have about $17,800 remaining to my goal, and we ARE changing minds. Let's show them we want to finish the job for election integrity!

God bless Arizona, and God bless America!

PS: If they won't see the light, ;let's make them feel the heat. Election integrity is crucial in AZ and I can show them how to fix it- Can I count on you to help me?
