Friend, there’s no easy way to say this. 2024 was an incredibly tough year for Democrats, and next year promises to be even more challenging. 

In January, Donald Trump and Republicans will take control of the White House and Congress, and we will have to do what we can to make progress wherever possible, stop them from rolling back our fundamental rights and protect the future of our democracy. 

It won’t be easy, but together, we can be a check on Donald Trump and his allies and fight for the future Americans deserve. I’m ready to put in the work, but I need you with me, friend. That’s why I’m asking you to share your thoughts in my 60-second focus group today.

I know that, when times get tough, it can be tempting to bury our heads in the sand and try to block it all out. That’s exactly what Trump and his cronies are hoping we’ll do. 

Instead, we need to do the opposite and be more engaged than ever. They need to know that we're far from backing down, we’re ready to fight harder than ever to defend our rights and take back control of our government in 2026.

Staying in communication and aligning our priorities is a big part of that, which is why I’m asking you to complete my focus group before midnight tonight. As one of my most engaged supporters, I’m counting on you to weigh in and help inform our strategies for 2025.
