I had the opportunity to meet one-on-one with Kash Patel last week and let me tell you – President Trump absolutely nailed it with this pick. We had an in depth conversation about many issues that our country faces- including the urgent need to fix our dysfunctional and lawless Federal bureaucracy in Washington, DC.  
 

If you’re not familiar with him, Kash is a former federal prosecutor and national security aide; and more importantly, he is a man of principle who believes it is crucial that we stop the weaponization of government, most especially in regard to the Department of Justice and the FBI. And that’s why in my view, he is the perfect choice for FBI Director.  
 
I can tell you I look forward to voting “YES” on Kash Patel’s confirmation and to doing all I can to support him in his mission. I’m also going to be counting on your support along the way to get out our message and rally the American people behind us.
