It’s become somewhat of a cliché to say that Rhode Islanders have such big hearts because we live in such a small state, but during this time of year, I see countless examples of kindness and generosity. Whether it’s neighbors helping neighbors after a big power outage or community leaders organizing canned food drives to help those in need, it’s an inspiring time of year that makes me so proud of our state.

This year, many of us are feeling uncertain about what the future will bring. In times like these, community means more now than ever. We must continue to take care of one another and come together to provide support. That’s why this Holiday season, I hope you’ll join me in donating to Crossroads Rhode Island.

Together, we can invest in the people here in RI-02, build up our community, and continue working towards a better future for all of us.
