| Stand with the Gantts for Religious Freedom
Dear Fellow American, The Gantts thought they'd have another child in their home this holiday season.
They have been faithful foster parents for more than seven years—including adopting two special needs children out of Vermont's foster care system. Last year, they were ready and willing to take in another baby after an official from the state called them with an emergency case.
But then the state reversed course. Now, Vermont punishes people like the Gantts who hold to a biblical view of gender and sex, barring them from serving as foster parents.
It's an egregious violation of their rights. That's why we filed a lawsuit on the Gantts' behalf and are currently representing them and another family facing the same threat to their rights.
And we don't charge them a dime to represent them in court—but that's only because of the generosity of friends like you.
Right now, we're facing a critical $12.2 million goal. We must reach it by December 31 so that we can continue defending families like the Gantts in the new year.
Will you please give right now to help push back against these blatant attacks on our religious freedom—and make sure your rights are protected in 2025?
As Christians, we're called to care for those in need. James 1:27 says, "Religion that is pure and undefiled before God the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world."
This is personal for me. As the father to four children, including a daughter we fostered and adopted, I understand that calling—it's the same one the Gantts followed.
But in the Gantts' case, the government got in the way—because they wouldn't abandon their faith and agree with the state's gender ideology.
No one should be forced to choose between their religious convictions and caring for children in need.
Because it's not just the Gantts. Every day, we hear stories from people whose rights have been trampled upon—simply because the government doesn't like what they say or believe.
With your help, we're standing for them too.
And it's going to be all the more important in 2025. States across the country are doubling down against the incoming Trump administration's promise to support your First Amendment freedoms.
That means policies punishing people of faith—just like Bryan and Becca Gantt—may very well gain momentum in your state.
We are just three days away from our year-end funding deadline. We're asking for your help to hit our $12.2 million goal.
Your gift today will help ensure you're free to live and speak according to your beliefs—not the government's narrative.
Please give whatever you can right now to defend your religious liberty in 2025.
