time for young LGBTQ+ folks whose family members may not accept or support
them.

According to a recent report released by the CDC, more than 40% of young
LGBTQ+ people had considered suicide in the last year.

That heartbreaking stat shows just how critical the work of the Trevor
Project is. The Trevor Project offers 24/7 support to LGBTQ+ youth through
specially trained counselors who can offer lifesaving support in a time of
crisis.

And their work extends beyond the hotline—from helping create inclusive
schools, to facilitating peer groups that help young people find
community, the Trevor Project’s work is going to be especially important
as Trump takes office again.
