As we’ve said for years, Congress is a customer service business, and we are here to serve you. Our casework team successfully assisted more than 1,300 constituents navigating federal red tape in 2024, and we can help you too! If you are experiencing difficulties with a federal agency, such as the IRS, Medicare, or Social Security, please contact our office for help.  

Along with the more than 1,300 constituents our team helped with federal casework concerns, we secured more than $14 million in casework-related funds for Minnesotans. This includes delayed tax returns, Medicaid and Medicare claims, and more. Taxpayer dollars going directly back to the taxpayer.  

Throughout the year, we’ve connected with hundreds of thousands of Minnesotans. Your calls, letters, and meetings with our office informed our work in Washington. Whether it’s health care, the economy, or foreign policy; we value your feedback and use your input to help set priorities and guide our legislative agenda.
