As we near the end of the year, I want to thank you for your support and share some of the significant strides we've made together. Your commitment has been crucial in our collective work, and we're deeply grateful.

This year, we fought for justice on multiple fronts:

We filed two major lawsuits to challenging state measures that conflict with existing federal immigration laws: S.B. 4, which empowers Texas state and local law enforcement officials to detain and deport immigrants suspected of being undocumented, and H.B. 4156, an Oklahoma law that would ban people from the state who have a right under federal law to remain in the U.S.

We launched a campaign to enroll up to 100,000 DACA recipients in affordable health care for the first time. We are currently fighting back in court against politically motivated attacks that are seeking to block these DACA recipients from enrolling in coverage.

We spearheaded a nationwide campaign with over 65 partner organizations to defend the right of all children, regardless of immigration status, to attend public schools.

We empowered 2.7 million people through our Know Your Rights resources, sharing critical information about the basic rights everyone in the U.S. has under the U.S. Constitution, no matter where we were born.

Folks like you joined tens of thousands of people and took action sending petitions, messaging the Members of Congress, and urging the Biden administration to uphold the rights and dignity of immigrants.
