Marjorie Cohn, to discuss the implications of the “unitary

Marjorie Cohn: All the stops are out now. When Trump came into office the first time, it was kind of chaotic. They weren't really prepared for it. Now, they've had almost four years to really get their ducks in a row, so to speak, and they're doing that with a vengeance; Project 2025, the Cabinet nominees, and also a very dangerous development that is going to enable Trump to really consolidate power and neutralize and Go after his perceived enemies.

Well, Sabrina, I'm so glad that did that for you. We all need that kick in the butt. So glad to have you with us.
