Here’s wishing you and your family a merry Christmas and all the best in the New Year!

Let’s remember the holidays can be a challenging time for many people who feel extra pressure in a number of ways. Even small gestures to lessen their burden can make a big difference. This could include anything from making charitable donations to shoveling for someone who may need assistance. Thank you to all who have helped prepare meals for those in need recent days. Our community more than stepped up in this effort!

This also is a good time to check in with friends and family who may appreciate a quick call during the holidays. The simple things in this season of giving can really brighten someone’s day.

Please sure to keep in your prayers the members of our armed forces who may not be able to be home with their loved ones over the holidays. And a special thank-you also to the local police/fire/EMTs who will be working to keep us safe as we celebrate this season.

I will be back with more legislative news soon as things ramp up for the 2025 session to start in mid-January. I can’t wait to get down to business at the Capitol and am honored for the opportunity to continue representing the people of our district. As always, your input is welcome.
