Dear John,

As this challenging year draws to a close, I want to thank you for your support of PRH and our culture-shifting physician advocacy. Thanks to you, we’ve built a powerful network of outspoken doctors who are dismantling barriers to abortion and all reproductive health care, working to ensure patients can access the compassionate, lifesaving services they deserve, day after day.

In a year marked by heartbreaking stories of preventable harm and escalating attacks on bodily autonomy, your support has fueled critical progress in protecting and advancing reproductive health, rights, and justice, including:

* Provided vital frontline perspective and analysis on the far-reaching impacts of abortion bans in congressional testimony, national and local media, and in court filings.
* Shared expertise with federal and state lawmakers and their staff regularly on critical reproductive health issues as a catalyst for evidence-based, equitable health policy.
* Filed amicus briefs to the U.S. Supreme Court that defended the FDA’s approval of mifepristone for medication abortion and in a case that dangerously threatens access to emergency abortion care.
* Collaborated with movement partners in multifaceted efforts to decriminalize abortion care through provider skills-building, education, and organizing to end criminalization and policing in medicine.
* Graduated our 2024 class of 32 physician Fellows in June, who met with 30 congressional offices, appeared in 100+ media pieces, engaged in state and local coalitions, and more. Our alumni network now includes 525 advocates working in 49 states and Puerto Rico.

While we plan for an uncertain future, we continue to celebrate everything we have now and will fight to maintain; we will not fold, bend, or break to pressures of the incoming administration.
