He’s just filed a lawsuit against a doctor in New York for prescribing medication abortion pills to a Texas resident.

It’s the first lawsuit of its kind, setting up a battle between Texas’ near-total abortion ban and a New York state law that protects abortion providers from out-of-state prosecution.
