Dear Friend,

As the year comes to a close, I can't think of a better time
to reflect on the progress we achieved in the fight against
Alzheimer's disease in 2024.

Our community is only as strong as it
is because of you. The kindness and compassion that you've shown this
year are inspiring - and powerful. On behalf of everyone at the
Alzheimer's Association and the nearly 7 million Americans living with
Alzheimer's, I look forward to seeing how much more we can achieve
together in the year to come.

Your generosity can help us continue
to make important progress possible in the fight against this
devastating disease. While Alzheimer's remains an escalating global
public health crisis, we have a lot to be proud of - and much to
look forward to in the year ahead.

I'm pleased to share with you our 2024
Annual Report, where you will see how much we accomplished together.

You can help when you join us to help advance our mission to lead the
way to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia - by accelerating
global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and
maximizing quality care and support.

Thanks to the generosity and
commitment of our community, we were able to:

*
Provide care and support more
than 6.5 million times through channels including alz.org, care
consultations, support groups and education programs.

*
Respond to over 200,000 calls
and online chats through our free 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900),
offering confidential support and information to people facing
Alzheimer's and all other dementia.
*
Advocate for an increase of $226
million in Alzheimer's and dementia research at the National
Institutes of Health (NIH), bringing federal funding to as much
as $3.8 billion annually.
*
Advocate in all 50 states to
secure access to U.S. Food and Drug Administration-approved
Alzheimer's treatments for those who would benefit.
*
Invest in over 1,110 active
projects in 56 countries across six continents.

As hopeful as we should all be for the future, we can't lose
sight of the now. And right now, during the holidays, many families
impacted by Alzheimer's face a challenging time. When changes in a
loved one's health make it difficult to celebrate the way you used to,
the pain can be hard to bear. Caregivers, especially, can feel
overwhelmed and isolated as they try to create a celebratory yet safe
atmosphere.

If this is true for you and your family, I offer you my
compassion and encouragement. Please know that you are not alone.
We're always here to help.

Our free 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900) is available every
single day - holidays, weekends, no exceptions. Our website,
alz.org, provides many helpful resources, including our

programs, support services and housing options in your local
community.

The more we support each other, the stronger we all are.
Knowing that you stand with us as a supporter and compassionate friend
makes me confident that 2025 will be another year of hope and progress
for everyone impacted by this disease today, tomorrow and for years to
come.

Thank you once again for all you helped us do in 2024.

Warmest holiday wishes,

Donna McCullough

P.S. The holidays can be an especially difficult time for
families living with Alzheimer's, so I hope you'll send a gift of
solidarity and support. The timing could not be better because any
gift you make, up to a total of $50,000, can be triple-matched -
but only until tomorrow. That means your year-end gift can make 3X the
impact in the fight against Alzheimer's. Once again, I send you my
heartfelt thanks - and warm wishes for a happy new year to you
and your loved ones.

Your donation will strengthen our efforts
to advance Alzheimer's care, support and research. From face-to-face
support to online education programs and promising global research
initiatives, your gift makes a difference in the lives of all those
affected by Alzheimer's and other dementias in your community and
across the world. Thank you for your continued support.
