Currently, the federal minimum wage is $7.25 an hour. That's a poverty wage!
This is America. If you work hard and play by the rules, you should be able to make it. But that’s not the way it is.
The House did its part and the Raise the Wage Act now needs to see the light of day in the Senate. Can you help pressure the Senate to act by adding your name to this petition?
Two years ago, Republicans gave the top 1% a raise. Now, the people who aren't CEOs need their raise. It's been more than 10 years! That's insane. We need to act NOW.
