John, I’m so proud to serve as the District Attorney of Philadelphia — and I’m even prouder to be fighting to further public safety and protect democracy at such a pivotal moment for our city and our country.
I won the support of the people in 2017 and 2021 in this city by running a bold campaign for change. And in the days since, I’ve worked hard to keep my promises and serve our city as an advocate for the people.
As we head into new challenges and opportunities in 2025, I wanted to highlight some of the victories we’ve shared together over the last seven years:
→ We’ve successfully prosecuted on-duty and uniformed police officers for crimes they committed while on the job.
→ We’ve vigorously gone after opioid manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in Big Pharma for illegal conduct in the face of intense political pressure.
→ We’ve protected the integrity of our elections and fought extremists who sought to undermine faith in our democracy.
→ We’ve built a Philadelphia that’s not only safer but also freer and more equal — and we’re only just getting started.
