Donald is doubling down on his plans to strip millions of Americans of their legal status:

Politico: President-elect Donald Trump said he wants to end birthright citizenship on his first day in office next month.

Birthright citizenship is enshrined in the 14th Amendment, and guarantees citizenship to anybody born in the United States, regardless of their parents’ documentation status.

Donald has attacked the Constitution countless times already, but now he’s claiming that he can use an executive order simply to get rid of the 14th Amendment altogether.

This would devastate our country, our communities, and our economy, essentially stripping MILLIONS of American citizens of their citizenship.
