Since Election Day, National Immigrant Justice Center (NIJC) staff have received hundreds of calls from community members and legal services clients asking one big question: What can we do to protect ourselves in the face of the next administration’s threats of mass deportation?

We want you to know that all people in the United States have rights, regardless of our immigration status. Understanding these rights is our first step toward safeguarding ourselves and our loved ones.
