The struggle for food in Gaza
Starvation is rampant in Gaza, but aid is at an all-time low as Israel continues to block most humanitarian aid from entering. In this article, four Palestinians describe the challenges they face in accessing food—and how they persevere in the face of unimaginable hardship. A Gaza farmer rebuilds from ashes of war

In Khan Younis—once known as the “vegetable basket” of Gaza—a farmer named Mohammed stands as a symbol of resilience. His crops have been reduced to ash and fields have been scarred by bombing and munitions. Amid the devastation, Mohammed has begun to restore his burnt greenhouses and is planting seeds for a more just, peaceful future for Palestinians in Gaza. Read more.
