About the job
As an eLearning and Instructional Designer, you will manage, develop, and implement engaging eLearning curricula and online instructional programs to support the professional development of over 75,000+ statewide agency staff. Reporting to the Deputy Assistant Director, you will analyze executive orders, Washington Administrative Code, Revised Code of Washington, and State HR Directives to design high-level training solutions that meet enterprise-wide development needs. You will collaborate with the Training Team to maintain stakeholder relationships, deliver professional-level eLearning, and provide consultation on accessibility, in-person training, and communities of practice. This role also includes developing eLearning courses contributing to innovative technology solutions that align with regulatory and organizational requirements.
