Senate set to confirm 235th Biden judge, surpassing Trump’s total
* The U.S. Senate is set ([link removed]) to confirm President Joe Biden's 235th judicial nominee tonight, surpassing the number of federal judges confirmed during Donald Trump's first term in office. Senators will likely vote to confirm Serena Murillo to be a district judge for the Central District of California.
