“RATIFIED is the inspiring story of a multi-racial, multi-generational, bipartisan effort to make Virginia the 38th state (the last one needed) to ratify the Equal Rights Amendment. It's also a story of how bureaucracy is used to stifle progress and highlights the incredible perseverance of women - specifically, the Black women leaders who have taken their rightful place at the front of the movement for gender equality.”

Attendees are invited to join the TAKE ACTION panel following the screening. Filmmakers and ERA advocates will discuss updates from DC, insight into the current status of publication, and immediate actions anyone can take to help with publication.
