The left has led the charge against our female athletes. Female athletes are
now losing opportunities to biological males, and are being forced to share
locker rooms with biological males who are changing and showering with them.
It's sick and it's wrong.



Title IX provides protections for women in law, but the NCAA president
shamefully testifies that Title IX doesn't apply to the NCAA, and makes it
clear that his organization prioritizes transgender athletes at the expense of
all others.



Watch the NCAA president twist, turn, stumble and bumble while being grilled
by Josh this week. It's embarrassing and shameful, but Josh doesn't let him off
the hook.

Hawley: Why are you, Mr. Baker, why are you allowing biological men to play in
women's sports?

Baker: Because we believe that it's consistent with federal policy.

Hawley: So we're right back to your testimony, is you believe you're compelled
to do it by federal law— you would change it otherwise?

Baker: I said in my opening comments to Senator Kennedy that clarity on this
issue at the federal level would be very helpful.

Hawley: Oh that is such a copout. In other words, somebody else, please do it
for us, keep sending us the money, we'll go to court and argue that Title IX
doesn't even apply.

Baker: We do not take a dime in federal money, not a dime.

Hawley: Is that why you're arguing Title IX doesn't apply?

Baker: No, yes, part of it, yes.

Hawley: You honestly think you shouldn't be subject to Title IX?

Baker: We don't believe we currently are— in federal court has amazing federal
court has affirmed that.

Hawley: Absolutely amazing. You have a pending lawsuit right now from female
athletes who are suing you because you allow biological men, not only in their
sports, but also in their locker rooms. Why do you do that by the way? Why do
your guidelines allow biological men into women's locker rooms without the
women's consent, without the women's foreknowledge? Why do you do that?

Baker: That’s not what our guidelines say.

Hawley: They do say that. I've got them right here. Your guidelines say that
transgender student athletes should be able to use the locker room shower and
toilet facilities in accordance with their gender identity here. They areright
here!
