The 'agreement' says that House Republicans will raise the debt limit by $1.5T in the 'first reconciliation package' alongside a promise to CUT $2.5T in 'net mandatory spending in the reconciliation progress.'

Since that tweet contains borderline incomprehensible Washington speak, we’ll translate: as soon as Donald Trump takes office, congressional Republicans plan to give corporations and the wealthy a massive tax cut — and they plan to pay for it by cutting trillions from Medicare, Medicaid, and other programs that millions of Americans depend on for access to health care.
