As we prepare to close out the year, here's a look back at some of our big wins in 2024 and a preview of the what's to come in 2026.

Recapping 2024

We are celebrating big wins for women WFW AF backed this cycle:


  • Sen. Deb Fischer (R-NE) kept Nebraska in the Republican column, defeating Independent challenger Dan Osborn by more than 7 points.


  • Rep. Jen Kiggans (VA-02) successfully won her first re-election fight, fending off Democrat challenger Missy Cotter Smasal.


  • Rep. Monica De La Cruz (TX-15) also had a major win, defeating Democrat Michelle Vallejo once again by a commanding 14-point margin.


  • Rep. Young Kim (CA-40) defeated Democrat Joe Kerr with over 55% of the vote to hold onto her Orange County seat.


  • Rep. Maria Salazar (FL-27) sailed through her re-election, capturing over 60% of the vote in her South Florida seat.


  • Rep. Mariannette Miller-Meeks (IA-01) defeated Democrat Christina Bohannan by 0.2%. WFW AF was proud to make a late investment to support Miller-Meeks on TV in this extremely competitive race.


  • Rep. Ashley Hinson (IA-02) easily won another term in Congress, beating Democrat opponent Sarah Corkery by 15 points.


  • Rep. Celeste Maloy (UT-02) was re-elected and will serve her first full term following a decisive 27-point victory. WFW AF was proud to support her in her competitive primary over the summer.


  • Julie Fedorchak (ND-AL) earned the support of nearly 70% of voters and will become the first woman in history to represent North Dakota in the U.S. House of Representatives. WFW AF was also thrilled to support her in her competitive June primary.

WFW Entities Went All In


For the fourth election cycle in a row, we have been proud to support a strong roster of qualified women incumbents and candidates -- both in their competitive primaries and ahead of the general election.


In the 2024 cycle alone:


  • The WFW AF entities raised and directed over $13M to support WFW AF endorsed women.


  • WFW AF leadership raised and disbursed nearly $2M in hard dollars to candidates' campaigns.


  • The WFW AF super PAC spent over $5M in independent expenditure campaigns, including complementing the important work groups like the Congressional Leadership Fund are doing.


  • WFW has conducted millions worth of issue advocacy and GOTV campaigns.


Previewing 2026

Democrats' House Majority PAC released a memo detailing the 29 districts the super PAC plans to target in 2026. According to Axios, the districts went Republican at the House level by margins ranging from 0.2 to over 14 points.


Among them are several represented by incumbents that WFW AF has previously endorsed: Reps. Mariannette Miller-Meeks (IA-01)Jen Kiggans (VA-02)Young Kim (CA-40), and Monica De La Cruz (TX-15).

The memo also outlines 16 "districts to watch" that House Republicans won by 12 to 29 points in 2024.


That list includes more women WFW AF has backed, including Reps. Ann Wagner (MO-02)Laurel Lee (FL-15)Ashley Hinson (IA-01), Maria Elvira Salazar (FL-27), and Stephanie Bice (OK-05)
