This month in history, President Bill Clinton signed the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) into law.
The law requires state governments to offer voter registration opportunities when you apply for or renew a driver's license, and requires the United States Postal Service to mail election materials.
This was a huge victory for voting rights. But some politicians are still trying to silence our voice. If every Black person eligible to vote casts their ballot this year, we would change the course of American history.
