*Governor Parson Announces Three Judicial Appointments*

*(JEFFERSON CITY, MO)* – Today, Governor Mike Parson announced judicial appointments to the 10th, 13th, and 22nd Judicial Circuits.

*Jennifer A. Richardson*, of Monroe City, will be appointed as *Associate Circuit Judge* for *Marion County* in the *10th Judicial Circuit*.

Ms. Richardson is the District Defender for District 2 of the Missouri Public Defender’s Office. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri–Columbia. She will fill the vacancy created by the election of the Honorable John J. Jackson as Circuit Judge.

*Jayne A. Pearman*, of Centralia, will be appointed as *Associate Circuit Judge* for *Boone County* in the *13th Judicial Circuit*.

Ms. Pearman owns Jayne A. Pearman LC. She holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri–Columbia. She will fill the vacancy created by the election of the Honorable Stephanie Morrell as Circuit Judge.

*Michael R. Dauphin*, of St. Louis, was appointed as* Associate Circuit Judge* for the* 22nd Judicial Circuit*.

Mr. Dauphin is the Assessor of the City of St. Louis. He holds a Bachelor of Science in political science from Missouri State University and a Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University. He will fill the vacancy created by the appointment of the Honorable Heather J. Hays as Circuit Judge.
