From my family to yours, Merry Christmas! I hope this season brings you joy, peace, and the chance to celebrate with loved ones. As we look ahead to a New Year, may it bring health and prosperity to us all.
I am excited to share some news as we approach the 2025 legislative session: I have been named the Republican Chairman of the House Public Safety Committee.
It is an incredible honor to lead a committee that plays a critical role in ensuring the safety of our communities and neighborhoods. Over the past two years, the Democrat Trifecta has enacted soft-on-crime policies, coddled criminals, and tied the hands of peace officers—making their jobs less safe and lowering morale which has led to a staffing crisis across Minnesota.
As Chairman, I will prioritize the rights and needs of victims and their families in our criminal justice system and will provide law enforcement with the resources and support they need to perform their duties safely and effectively.
