Y'all -- One thing Sen. John Cornyn and his D.C. boss Mitch McConnell are actually good at? Forcing their handpicked judges and only their handpicked judges -- who are highly ideological and YOUNG -- onto the federal bench and the U.S. Supreme Court!

Remember when they refused to even hold confirmation hearings on nominee Merrick Garland in 2016? HYPOCRISY ALERT: Now Sen. Cornyn says he’ll fill any opening that comes up this year, regardless of the November election.

Here’s how bad Sen. Cornyn’s choices are:

• His handpicked district court judge struck down the ACA in court -- and by the way, that same judge used to work for him!
• Two appellate court judges that he voted to confirm have already issued a ruling that puts the entire ACA in jeopardy.
• Now that case is before the Supreme Court -- where the hyperpartisan justices that he supported could be the deciding votes!

At a time when the nation’s highest court is considering cases that deal with reproductive rights, protections for LGBTQ people, and more, we need a champion for the people voting on who gets on the bench -- not a partisan hack!

Texans need a senator who will fight for working people, not special interests -- and Sen. Cornyn fails the test. Will you pitch in to help MJ defeat him this November?
