The Actors Fund
[link removed]
Dear Actors Fund Friends,
Join us as we travel back in time to June 8, 2015 to the Minskoff
Theatre in New York City, where the cast of NBC's hit TV show
Smash gathered for one night only to perform songs and stories from
Bombshell, the show-within-a-show about Marilyn Monroe. This benefit
concert for The Actors Fund hasn't been seen since that summer
night almost five years ago...until tonight!
In association with People.com, we are proud to share Bombshell In
Concert! Tune in to see the sold-out 2015 benefit concert, plus a
current reunion of original cast members from Smash as they reflect on
the show, the music, behind the scenes stories and more.
This virtual event is just one of the many fundraising initiatives
benefiting our COVID-19 Emergency Financial Assistance program, which
has distrusted more than $11 million to more than 9,000 professionals
in the entertainment community who are in need due to the Coronavirus.
We can't thank you enough for all of your support week after
week, as we continue to navigate this temporary "new
normal" of enjoying the performing arts we all love so much
while supporting those who need our help now more than ever.
