Dear Friend,

I'm writing to share some fantastic news. Thanks to your
tireless advocacy, the Senate just passed the Outdoors for All Act! It
now heads to the President's desk to be signed into law.

This is a critical step forward in our work to build parks and protect
land where they're needed most.

It's hard to overstate the impact this will have. The Outdoors
for All Act ensures permanent federal funding for parks in urban and
underserved communities. It also expands eligibility to tribal nations
who, for the first time, will be able to access Outdoor Recreation
Legacy Partnership funds to build or renovate parks in their
communities.

This outcome was far from assured. For two years, TPL advocates showed
up over and over: writing to lawmakers, traveling to Capitol Hill to
meet with members of Congress, and mobilizing within their
communities.

Thank you for rising to the occasion-your support made this
milestone possible. As we prepare for a new year and a new Congress,
your continued commitment is vital. Right now, every gift made before
Dec. 31 will be triple-matched, up to $250,000, helping us make an
even greater impact together.

I am closing out this year grateful for your partnership and inspired
by the power of what we can achieve when we work together.
