The lawsuit alleges that Dr. Margaret Daley Carpenter, Co-Medical Director and Founder of the Abortion Coalition for Telemedicine ("ACT"), unlawfully mailed abortion-inducing drugs to a Collin County resident, resulting in the death of an unborn child and severe medical complications for the mother that required emergency intervention.
