Resources you can turn to at any time.

Hi

As we continue to navigate this pandemic, I think it's important for us all to take a deep breath and remember: It’s okay to not be okay sometimes, and we are all more resilient than we realize.

This is new territory for all of us — and we will get through it — but as we continue to cope there are resources that can help us maintain healthy relationships and good mental health.

The health of our relationships has an incredible impact on our mental wellbeing, and this has never been truer than right now. With May being Mental Health Awareness Month, it’s is a great time to remember there are many One Love relationship resources to help you through the rest of our time apart:

The 10 Signs During COVID-19: A guide to what the 10 signs of Healthy ([link removed]) and Unhealthy ([link removed]) relationships look like now as we shelter in place and socially distance.

Sign up for our weekly virtual educational sessions every Monday and Thursday from now until June 12. You can stay connected with the One Love community as you learn more about important topics like maintaining relationships while in isolation and how to talk about boundary setting and consent.

One Love’s blog has a number of posts and tips on self-care, mental health and how to have difficult conversations in your relationships. Here are some great articles to start with!

Finally, it's always important to remember, if you or a loved one is in a potentially dangerous or abusive situation, we have put together Real Time Resources that you can reach out to 24/7 through phone, text, app, and live chat. [link removed]

As this situation continues to unfold, One Love is developing even more offerings and initiatives so that we can all find the support we need, stay connected, and of course learn to love better.

Thank you, we'll get through this together!
