Public Hearing for amendment to
2019 Action Plan
The Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA) will amend its 2019 Action Plan in response to community needs associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.?This amendment adds OCRA?s proposed long-term plans in response to COVID-19.
This document concerns programs that are funded through the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) under Title I of the Housing & Community Development Act of 1974 as amended. The amendment establishes spending priorities for approximately $18 million in community development funds related to the CARES Act.
The amendment impacts the Community Development Block Grant program.
A virtual public hearing will be held to discuss the draft 2019 Action Plan amendment on May 28, 2020, at 2 p.m. ET that can be accessed through:
