This has been a year marked by solidarity and resilience. We’ve seen progress, like workers organizing for better pay and getting it, and communities demanding action on climate change. As we step into a new year, it’s clear that we need stronger, louder, and more unified narratives to push back against those that are threatening to consume our country and to inspire visions of what is possible. The economy’s role in many Americans’ voting choices in the 2024 elections made clear to us that the fight for justice isn't just about the actions we take, but also about the stories we tell.

We will continue telling the truth about our nation’s history, its effect on the present day, and the possibility that the future holds for generations to come.
