What a year!
When we started 2024 with a bold agenda to tackle six of the toughest global health challenges, we knew taking evidence-based solutions "off the shelf" and converting them into real-world impact would demand technical excellence and deep local understanding – it’s no different to how we approached the solutions that we scaled over the past decade to reach over half a billion people.
A year later, the lessons we've learned – both from our successes and ongoing work – reinforce that bridging the gap between "what works" and "what works here" is complex but crucial. While some challenges proved more stubborn than expected, each setback deepened our understanding of what it takes to create lasting change. And each step forward translates into children and communities experiencing tangible, transformative improvements.
