Dear John,

This is such a busy time of year!

Gifts to wrap, plans to make, cards to mail… as you check off each item on your Christmas checklist, don’t forget to make your annual contribution to Oregon Right to Life PAC and claim your political tax credit!

Oregon’s political tax credit allows taxpayers to give $50–$100 to a political action committee – like ORTL PAC – and get every cent back when they file their taxes.

In our state, which uses taxpayer funds to bankroll abortions, that means you can take some of your tax dollars and put it to good use defending innocent lives – at no cost to you!

75% of the funding ORTL PAC receives comes from our year-end Oregon tax credit contributions. As a nonprofit that receives ZERO dollars from the government, we need your help to carry out our mission to rally the pro-life vote, get candidates elected who will advocate for the unborn, and hold our lawmakers accountable.

Over the past year, we reached nearly 1.2 million people statewide during the primary and general elections. We endorsed 69 candidates in 66 races, winning 42. In the primary, we flipped a pro-abortion seat pro-life by kicking out pro-abortion Republican Rep. Charlie Conrad in a historic 82% –17% margin win.Our grassroots team knocked on 21,172 doors, called 19,613 phones, and made connections with 8,804 voters in Marion County and the rural Lane County areas. Although once again the superminority, 100% of the Republican lawmakers who will serve in 2025 are supported by ORTL PAC. Support ORTL PAC For Free [[link removed]]

None of this would be possible without the enduring support of pro-life advocates like you, who use their political tax credit every year to help us educate Oregonians about the reality of abortion, energize pro-life voters, and elect principled advocates who will speak up for the unborn and medically vulnerable.

Thank you for all you do to advance a culture of life in Oregon – and don’t forget to claim your political tax credit before the December 31st deadline!

Because Oregon’s most vulnerable deserve an advocate,

Sharolyn Smith

Political Director

P.S. As I did with the election, I’ll be sending emails through the December 31st deadline to ensure everyone has the chance to divert their tax dollars away from funding abortion and toward protecting unborn life. If you’ve already claimed your political tax credit and don’t want further reminders, just click here [[link removed]] to opt out! (you’ll still be subscribed to our regular email list, you just won’t get further tax credit reminders).
