Dear John,

Migrant and immigrant communities are under attack, but we at Migrant Clinicians Network are fighting back by breaking down health disparities and removing barriers to health care. As a health care provider who engages with MCN through our education programs, you play a crucial role in helping MCN keep our Spanish-speaking communities informed and on their way to good health.

This year, we’ve sent you dozens of emails offering you free bilingual clinical trainings on many of the core and emerging issues that our migrant and immigrant communities are facing. When bird flu jumped to dairy workers, we immediately offered trainings for clinicians serving dairy communities. When anti-immigration rhetoric flooded the news, we offered a three-part webinar series to bolster community well-being. We provide free continuing education credits to participants as well. This is critical work that no one else is doing – and that Migrant Clinicians Network has stepped up to address and deliver!

We need to reach our $50,000 goal to be able to offer the highest quality bilingual educational offerings– webinars, learning collaboratives, in-person train-the-trainer programs, downloadable low-literacy resources, and so much more -- to you and our entire network.

Can we count on you to donate to Migrant Clinicians Network right now for our urgent end-of-year campaign? Help us help your communities by donating today.

I’m so proud of the work we’ve done with and for frontline clinicians who see the disparities day to day and continue to fight for health equity and language justice, but we still have so much more to do.

Thank you for your continued support,

Martha Alvarado
