Your donation to the National Women’s Law Center supports lawyers who are defending our rights in the courts, researchers whose groundbreaking work helps shape new laws and expose injustice, and advocates working day in and day out on behalf of women, LGBTQIA+ people, and communities of color by:

• Protecting and expanding access to abortion wherever we can, like going to court to make sure pregnant people in emergency situations get the abortion care they are guaranteed under federal law, or supporting abortion care and counseling for our nation’s veterans.
• Advocating for a more diverse bench of judges committed to equality and justice from the lower courts all the way up to the Supreme Court, and opposing any of Trump’s radical or biased judicial nominees.
• Building infrastructure that provides long-term support for key fights, like the Time’s Up Legal Defense Fund, Abortion Access Legal Defense Fund, and State Gender Policy Collective.
• Keeping discrimination and censorship out of our schools by defending Title IX protections for LGBTQIA+ students, fighting against extreme book bans, and exposing right-wing attacks on teachers.
