Our new PayPal integration allows you to easily set up a PayPal payment gateway, and includes Venmo payment processing with no additional cost or setup required!

At NGP VAN, we’re consistently developing new solutions to better support and empower our customers. As part of our ongoing commitment to enhance our services, we’re excited to introduce a new support resource geared towards billing and accounting questions. This update is designed to provide a streamlined customer experience that connects you with the right NGP VAN team member faster, ensuring your questions or concerns are addressed as quickly as possible. 

Effective February 1, 2025, we will be retiring the [email protected] mailbox and this support page will be the resource for inquiries related to billing. Rest assured that all existing paths to support will remain unchanged. Please continue to access product support as you normally do using the resources available within your software. 

Here’s what you can expect from our new billing support resource: 

• Fast and Direct Connections: Our updated support page routes you directly to the NGP VAN billing department and a specialized expert who can help with your inquiry.
• Efficient Problem-Solving: Get your questions answered and issues resolved quickly, so you can focus on what matters most.
• Easy Access: Our support page is accessible directly on our website. Answer a few questions, and you’ll be on the way to a fast resolution.

We’re launching a new training program at NGP VAN. Check out our new website Training - NGP VAN for the latest on live webinars, recaps and key resources!

This space is designed to provide you with information on live training webinars, key resources, and updated guides that identify new features (as well as updates to your favorite tools) and how to use them in the ever-changing world of political fundraising, compliance, fieldwork, organizing, digital strategy, and social networking.

Be sure to look out for our tips and tricks, which highlight some lesser-known features, our how-to documents and checklists, as well as best practices we've gathered from working with campaigns over the years.

Office closures:

• Tuesday, December 24 and Wednesday, December 25 in observance of Christmas
• Wednesday, January 1 in observance of New Year’s Day
• Monday, January 20 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Civil Rights Day

Office closures will be staffed with on-call support coverage.

• Sunday, December 22 (6-7AM ET)
