Hello John,
As 2024 comes to a close, we're taking a moment to reflect on the powerful year that has passed. This year tested our movements, our organization, our leaders, and our staff in many ways. re:power focused on providing as much transformative skills and capacity-building support as possible during the first six months of the year, gearing up for an important election season.
We skilled up a total of 2,615 people who are now part of our engaged alumni community. These are brilliant movement organizers, activists, candidates, electeds, and leaders who are 70% BIPOC, 65% women, 4% transgender and/or gender expansive, 10% youth, and 25% LGBTQ. Learn more about our 2024 impact here. [[link removed]]
We also heard from organizers across the movement that their professional development budgets had been cut, their workloads increased, and their capacity for learning and development was low. As we head into 2025, re:power will be revamping our pricing model to support all organizers where they are at.
We thank you for being part of this journey and invite you to join us for our 2025 Trainings [[link removed]] !
