Give a handmade greeting

The holidays are a great time of year to be creative and giving. You can make your own handmade holiday cards for anyone and everyone in your life. Whether it be a drawing of a Wyoming wildlife species, a landscape or a simple greeting, this craft is great for all ages.

*What you'll need:*

Watercolor paint


*

1 paint brush


*

1 cardstock card


*

1 white crayon


*

A cup of water

Step 1

Step 1) Gather all of your materials.

Step 2

Step 2) Use the white crayon to draw your design on the card. You could draw a wildlife scene, like the one pictured, a nice note or your favorite animal.

Step 3




Step 3) Use the watercolor paint to cover your crayon drawing. You can color the entire picture one color or change colors for different parts like we did here. You should be able to see your crayon drawing through the watercolors.

Step 4) Let your card dry then have a guardian help you send it someone you care about!
