Friend,
We hope you’re sitting down right now, because what we’re about to tell you about a new government fee scheme for carrying a gun may enrage you.
The Santa Clara, CA County Board of Supervisors recently UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED raising the fee for civilian CCWs to almost a THOUSAND DOLLARS!
That means peaceable people earning minimum wage in California will soon have to work for over a week and a half just to pay Santa Clara’s BS administrative fee.

FIGHT ANTI-GUN TREASON!
|
Now we know what you’re thinking, Friend. That’s California… not surprised. Right? But here’s the problem, anti-gun BS often starts in CA before spreading to other states.
And this tactic of increasingly extorting peaceable people over their right to carry could prove chillingly effective if implemented elsewhere.
Just imagine if your county decided to pull this BS against people working at the federal minimum wage.
|
 |
That would mean a similar CCW fee to Santa Clara’s would force the average gun owner to work for almost a MONTH to pay the fee. And that’s BEFORE TAX!
It is EXACTLY this kind of nonsense that proves why we need to expand right-to-carry lawsuits nationwide, Friend.
Because anti-gun tyrants are systematically making it near to impossible to exercise the right in every way they possibly can.

DONATE NOW - WIN A KIMBER!
|
FPC already has a huge number of carry lawsuits, including Young v. Ott and Shaffer v. Quattrone - which we just filed recently.
But we need to expand this playing field and target restrictions on your fundamental right to carry wherever they may be.
That’s why we’re humbly asking for your support today, Friend. Will you help us get a jump on our 2025 litigation strategy and help launch even more carry lawsuits?
Please make a donation of $100, $50, or perhaps even $25 before midnight tonight. If you do, you will be entered to win a Kimber Raptor II!
For freedom and liberty,
The FPC Team
