Celebrating International Migrants Day

On this International Migrants Day, we honor the strength, resilience, and contributions of migrants in our communities. We had the privilege of collaborating with the Carroll Gardens Association (CGA) to empower migrant domestic workers through a 5-week CSAM prevention workshop series.

Upon graduation, 54 participants were invited to celebrate their accomplishment with family and friends at a potluck celebration featuring dishes from participants' home countries, a traditional Mexican dance performance, and reflections on the power of community.
