In many states, outdated regulations stifle innovation and prosperity. Until
recently, this was true in Kansas, too.
Kansas bureaucrats operated without accountability to voters, burdening
businesses with excessive rules, fees, and compliance costs. These heavy-handed
policies forced many to close their doors or relocate out of state, stifling
