Corrupt and conflicted Judge Merchan had another chance to do the right thing and OVERTURN New York’s wrongful conviction of President Trump.

Instead, he REFUSED to do so, completely disregarding the Supreme Court’s ruling that President Trump is IMMUNE from this type of sham political prosecution!

To make matters even worse, Merchan has such little disregard for the Constitution and the rule of law that he’s still imposing an illegal gag order on President Trump!

He doesn’t want Americans to know that he’s a Biden donor whose family member (and her Democrat clients) have financially benefited to the tune of MILLIONS OF DOLLARS from these illegal witch hunts!

One corrupt liberal judge in New York is abusing his power to illegally SILENCE and CENSOR the President-elect of the United States – all to stop him from exposing his illegal conflicts of interest in the case!

President Trump rightfully called him out on Truth Social:

Judge Merchan has made it abundantly clear that he will ALWAYS look out for his own corrupt interests instead of following the law.

He cannot be allowed to remain on the bench!

Now that President Trump is in the White House, we need to step up our efforts to hold corrupt liberal judges like Juan Merchan accountable.
